An ass in the making
At the risk of being overly cheesy, to quote sir mix a lot "I like big butts and I cannot lie." So personally leg day is a regular evil. But simply doing a couple squats isn't enough. To really get the most out of your leg exercises you need to go slow and activate the right muscles during the right movements. This is a fact that it took forever for me to finally get and thanks to my amazing trainer and a couple on my favorite health youtubers, I have got a leg and butt workout that has helped me build myself an ass from the ground up!
Disclaimer this is not a get thick quick workout, it is a regular thing you have to do but if you stick to it the results will be real and you will be very pleased.
Always make sure to stretch and warm your muscles up!
15 minutes on the elliptical
15 sumo squats (squeeze your butt at the top)
10 bench step ups each leg
30 second plank
*repeat 2 more times*
15 back step lunges each leg (squeeze your butt at the top)
30 second side plank each side
15 kettle bell swings (squeeze your butt at the top)
*repeat 2 more times*
20 hip abductors
20 squat jumps
20 hip adductors
*repeat 2 more times*
15 sumo squats
20 grasshoppers
20 bent over donkey kicks each leg
*repeat 2 more times*
15 minutes on the elliptical
